Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom, time-based work, refunds are handled as follows.

Deposits: Non-refundable once work has started, as they cover initial planning and resource allocation.

Web Design & Development: If cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded minus an admin fee. If cancelled after work starts, payment is due for work completed. Delivered and approved work is non-refundable.

SEO & Marketing Retainers: Monthly fees are non-refundable once that month’s work has begun, due to the ongoing nature of the service. Clients may cancel with written notice for future months.

Ad Spend: Advertising budget paid to platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) is separate from our fees and non-refundable through us.

Exceptions: Refunds are considered case-by-case if a service wasn’t delivered as agreed due to our error.
